At HMBLEGO, every piece is made with intention, discipline, and premium craftsmanship. Each order is created on-demand to maintain high quality standards and reduce waste. 

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing or buyer's remorse. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.

This policy is in place to protect the integrity of our products and our made-to-order process.

That being said—your satisfaction and trust matter to us.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will make it right immediately.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

Send all claims to: support@hmblego.com

Once approved, we will replace the item at no cost to you.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Because each product begins production shortly after your order is placed, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after checkout. If you need help, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
