At HMBLEGO, every piece is crafted on-demand with precision, intention, and disciplined quality control. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, shipping timelines work a little differently than mass-produced brands.

1. Production Time

Every order begins production shortly after checkout.
Typical production time is:

  • 2–5 business days for apparel

  • 2–7 business days for accessories and specialty items

This ensures you receive a freshly-made product — not something that has sat in a warehouse.

2. Shipping Time

Once your item is produced, it’s packed and shipped.

Estimated delivery times:

  • USA: 3–6 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, seasonal volume, or customs.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight

  • Destination

  • Current carrier rates

We work hard to keep shipping affordable while maintaining reliable delivery.

4. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear once the carrier receives the package.

5. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your address before completing your order.

If an address is entered incorrectly and your package is returned, we can reship it once the correct address is provided.
Additional shipping charges may apply.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Defective Items

If your package arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ve got you.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A brief explanation

Once verified, we will replace the item at no cost to you.

We do not cover lost packages marked as “Delivered,” but we will help guide you through carrier options.

7. International Orders & Customs

International deliveries may incur customs or import fees depending on your country.
These fees are determined by your local government and are not controlled by HMBLEGO.

8. Made-to-Order Commitment

We produce each piece individually to maintain higher quality standards, reduce waste, and deliver intentional craftsmanship.
Because of this, shipping timelines include both production and delivery time.
